Get Green Transport, Inc. began with a simple but powerful belief: that Cebu City deserved better air, better roads, and a better future. In two thousand twenty one, during one of the most challenging moments in recent history, we chose hope over hesitation and action over convenience.
As Cebu Province’s first electric bus company, we exist not merely to transport people, but to protect the city we love. Every electric bus we deploy is a stand against pollution, climate change, and unsustainable urban growth. We measure success not by profit alone, but by the lives we improve and the environment we preserve.
Supported from the start by values-driven organizations such as Lexmark, JP Morgan, KN, and IBM, GGTI continues to move forward with purpose. Under the leadership of Mr. Dondi Joseph, our mission remains clear: to serve Cebu first, and to help build a cleaner, more livable city for generations to come.
The Team
Gordon Alan “Dondi” Joseph, the President and CEO of Get Green Transport, Inc. is a Filipino business leader and social advocate with a strong commitment to sustainable development and public service. He currently serves as the Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Cebu, reflecting his active role in fostering international cooperation and responsible business practices.
Mr. Joseph previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Philinsure, one of the largest insurance brokerage firms in the Philippines, where he led the organization with a focus on professionalism, integrity, and long-term value creation. His extensive experience in corporate leadership has shaped his belief that businesses must play a meaningful role in addressing social and environmental challenges.
Guided by a deep concern for cleaner air, traffic decongestion, and climate action, Mr. Joseph founded and leads Get Green Transport, Inc., Cebu Province’s first electric bus company. Through this initiative, he champions sustainable mobility solutions that prioritize public welfare and environmental impact over profit, contributing to a greener and more livable future for Cebu.
Raymond Ismael N. Aquino, the Director of Sales and Marketing of Get Green Transport, Inc., is a Filipino entrepreneur and marketing professional with a diverse background spanning public service, creative media, and financial services. He previously served as a board member of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board, contributing to policy and standards in the Philippine media industry. An award-winning short filmmaker, he has received recognition for his work in storytelling and visual communication. He is also a multi-awarded professional in the field of life insurance sales, reflecting his excellence in sales strategy, client relations, and leadership. Through his varied experience, he brings a unique blend of creativity, discipline, and strategic insight to his work.
Elizar Sabinay Jr., the Director of Director for Operations, Admin, & Finance, is a Cebu-based development worker and public servant focused on sustainable urban solutions, particularly in traffic management, environmental protection, and resilient infrastructure. As Provincial Planning Officer of Cebu Province, he brings deep experience in green growth and public sector planning that supports Get Green Transport, Inc.’s mission of cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable mobility for Cebu.
Haniya Sultan, who handles Business Development leads Business Development at Get Transport, Inc. and serves as the Liaison Officer for the Consulate of the Netherlands in Cebu, where she addresses the needs of Dutch citizens. Well-known in political circles across Cebu City and Province, she was personally tapped by Mr. Dondi Joseph for her exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to get things done.
Before joining GGTI, Haniya managed operations for Get Philippines, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges involved in running an electric bus fleet. Her combined experience in operations, business development, and diplomacy makes her a key driver in advancing GGTI’s mission for sustainable and socially responsible transport.
Honeylette U. Barranda, who is the Admin & Communications Assistant of Get Green Transport is the heartbeat of Get Green Transport, Inc., keeping the team connected and ensuring that information flows seamlessly across all departments. As Admin & Communications Assistant, she plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing the company’s electric bus rentals, ensuring clients receive timely and reliable service. Her organizational skills and attention to detail make her an indispensable part of GGTI’s mission to provide clean, efficient, and sustainable transport solutions for Cebu.
